PN-SCTF short distance compression strength tester is a paper and cardboard short distance compression strength tester designed and developed by our company according to the latest national standard GB/T 2679.10, which is suitable for the manufacture of paper and cardboard cartons and cartons. The compressive strength refers to the maximum compressive force borne by the paper and cardboard sample in unit width when it begins to break, expressed in kN/m; Compression index refers to the compression strength divided by the quantity of the sample, expressed in N·m/g.
Working principle: A 15mm wide sample is compressed between two fixtures 0.7mm apart until it is destroyed, the maximum compressive force is measured, and the compressive strength is calculated.
