PN-CT50KAF full box compression testing machine is a carton compression performance testing equipment researched and developed according to relevant standards, mainly suitable for all kinds of small and medium-sized corrugated cartons, such as food and beverage, instant noodle packaging, cosmetic packaging, beer packaging, grain and oil packaging.
There are three test modes: compressive test, constant value test and stacking test.
1) Compressive test:
Measure the ultimate compressive strength and deformation of the box.
2) Fixed value test:
Measure whether the box can reach the set fixed force value and deformation requirements.
3) Stacking test:
Simulate the status of warehouse stacking and test the stacking performance of the box.
Working principle: Place the test sample between the pressure plates of the testing machine, and then choose one of the methods:
a) In the case of compressive tests, pressure is applied until the test sample is damaged or reaches a predetermined load and displacement value;
b) In the case of stacking tests, a predetermined load is applied until the test sample is damaged or continues for a predetermined time.
